hi mam,i am 28 years old,sometimes once or twice in a month i get a pimple on my vagina ,it is sometimes on the outer area and mostly on the inner area .it pains if touched or while i sit ,also can't have intercourse cz of that ...also wanted to ask that intimate washes like Vcare or V wash or any other can be used or not

yes you should need to maintain proper vaginal hygiene and you can use v wash or intiwash

if you are getting pimples in the vaginal area then definitely you have to consult with the gynecologist to do a proper examination and to see for the problem.
do not use any kind of intimate wash as it will change the pH of the vagina and will make you prone for infection
