Q.

Hi mam. I am 28 years old and I delivered my first baby on November 23, 2021 vaginally. episiotomy stitches are done with CuT insertion. I am still having very less amount of yellow like discharge with blood streaks now and then. every two weeks, red or brown discharge is repeating (if i strain much like sqautting to bend or sit) followed by white or colourless discharge other days. Is this normal and is this prolonged brown or blood like discharge is because of CuT insertion?

A. the discharge should not be continued so long it is considered normal if during first two months but since you have completed almost three months so it would be better to consult with your doctor once and get proper examination done
