Hi mam .. had c section on sep 2020 ..during delivery I developed heavy pigmentation and also hair fall..I want to take care of myself please suggest few tips and diet to follow for hair thanks in advance

Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 360
Don't use packaged and processed food maida and sugar
Use home made fresh food
Practice yogasana
walk more
Don't wash hair too frequently
