Hi Mam Good morning my Baby girl age is 7yrs 10days she is taking food no problem but she is not chubbyshe is looks like slim I want to see her little chubby and sone times she will eat outside food that time she will sick bcz of food poison freequently if she eat then again sick mam she is very slim mam I want to be little chubby and strong mam she have bone power, but even she can't handle her school bag mam can u plz help to guide good diet for her strenght
