Give her whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give her fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give her lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give her one boiled egg per day. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Give her peanut butter. Give her plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, peanuts and pistachios. Give her chickpeas and green peas. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes.
