Q.
hi mam.. good afternoon.. my baby is now 10 months old. I stopped breast feeding 1 week ago. I feel pain in breast and got milk lumps. I m giving ice pack and massage, but it is not reducing.. what can I do mam.

it can be due to blockage in the milk ducts.
you need to massage gently in circular motion and then put warm fomentation Express out the accumulated milk

Ice pack is actually going to make it more hard so instead of using an ice pack you should go ahead we doing hot compress that is going to be a better option to go for along with that if you have just quit abruptly that could be the reason for such problem consult your gynaecologist as well for this.Write Your Answer Here
