Hi mam, Dev mithran got a wound inside the mouth. wound is attached inside the video. give me a medicine to cure the wound and suggest food to eat.

There is no video there is no picture no attachment available for me to see but if it is a wound it is going to be more practical for you to get it examined by the doctor physically so that they can judge the situation and accordingly they can advise you with an ointment to apply an oral medicine to take
