Hi mam, Breastfeeding mom can consume amla juice. Somewhere I read that amla juice prevent premature greying, is it true?

Its Good for your skin also along with that so yes you can go ahead with that but you have not mentioned that how much old your child is because if you are an immediate mother to a child for initial 4 to 5 months or six months like that you have to give a clarity but for initial two once you should not be having it after that you can have an
