Hi Mam..Any ways to get rid of stretch marks?.I am a mom of 11 months old

SaumyaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. I have been using Mamaearth's stretch mark cream for treating stretch marks . First 3 weeks I couldn't notice any change but after another 3 weeks I noticed slight change .. there was reduction in patches and slowly after another 6 weeks it lightened by 70% . I am still using to achieve maximum benefits from it. Also applying curd and haldi mask is beneficial.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. stretch marks will be fading away with passing of time but total disappearance not possible Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

There is no sure shot remedy for stretch marks but the intensity gradually reduces by applying oils like pure coconut oil or almond oil or bio oil on the affected area. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy.
