A. you must cut on calories. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. copper T is the reason dear some time using copper T will have the side effects as vomiting nausea weight gain also to manage weight start with brisk walk or yoga or low intense exercise take care
