hi mam.. 3 month after delivery.. I am facing severe hair fall.. please suggest some solution

A. take healthy diet and continue with post pregnancy supplements. have yellow daal more in your diet. have more fruits and green vegetables. mix coconut oil and onion juice and massage the head. mix methi seeds with yogurt and leave it overnight. apply it next day for an hour. use mild shampoo and avoid conditioning.
