Q.

hi,maine recently breastfeed bnd ki hai and breast becomes very tight and it's very painful..please help me how to get rid of it

A. hi dear mom..do hot compress on the breast ...you can gently massage the breast . if needed squeeze little milk and discard it..gradually it will stop..you can even apply cabbage leaf on both the breast..this helps in drying the milk..happy parenting
