Hi madam My son one month old his born weight 3.160gms now he was 2965 gms,we feeding mother feeding and formula as well.

A. hi mom exclusive breastfeeding is advised for baby till 6 months of age post 6 months start with liquids like rice dal water and gradually introduce other foods mother should drink shatavari powder in milk and drink
