hi madam my kid is 3 year old boy he is having full itch on his body in nights n this problem occurs regularly what might be the problem please tell me daily I will apply lotion n powder also

A. He can be allergic if it's the same way , I feel It's better to show your kid to doctor and check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
