Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. it will be difficult to say anything without examination...so please consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better as this could be due to some deficiency or maybe due to the weather change as well wipe the baby's face properly with a wet cotton cloth after every feed can apply some coconut oil on the affected area
