hi madam I have 3.5 years baby boy from birth onwards he is continuly suffering with Dandruff, we consult pediatrion he suggest spoo shampoo, but no change. suggest me the good shampoo to get dandruff free, silky and shiny.

A. you may have to go for other dandruff shampoo which contains mainly antifungal ingredients so please visit a skin specialist for the same who will guide you for dandruff in a better way
