Hi maam, mujhe ye jana na h maine breastfeeding pump ke through kiya h but ab in 5 months milk supply bahut kam ho gya h. Suggest me kaise supply increase ho?

A. Hi mom Aap jeera water le din mein 2 baar... Ek glass at a time... Ye aapki breast milk increase karne mein help karega.. Khoob saara pani piye din mein... Doodh mein mother horlicks mila k liye... Isse bhi breast milk supply badega.
