Q.

Hi Maam, I feel my breast milk is low and trying to feed formula for my baby during the day time. Any suggestions to increase my milk supply since my baby is crying mostly during day time and is unable to sleep

A. Hi mommy Do swaddling cuddling swinging to soothe your baby Give adequate feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products ghee butter rich diet to increase your milk supply Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply
