Hi Ma'am, My Son near about 7 Years Old He is not Gaining his Wait also Hight but He is Active. I observe His Learning Skill very Slow. kindly adding how can I take care of my chield.

Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby. Give all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight and height gain.
Indulge in some physical activity like hanging stretching running basket ball etc for height increase.
Learning power will increase as the child grows up.
