Hi Ma'am My Sister is 5 months pregnant at present. Her past history is At 1st pregnancy premature delivery at 5 months. In second pregnancy she had a baby girl and in 3rd pregnancy she had a premature delivery at 6 months due to high blood pressure. At present she is 5 months pregnant. Please suggest me any solution. Is there any food to control Blood pressure

cut on salt.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.
