Q.

hi ma'am, my q. is my kids weight is 11kg can u plz tell what to give him to weight gain, I mean everyone is saying he look very weak, what to add in his meals that can grow his healthy weight. now I m only giving regular food like dal rice, dal roti, milk roti, sweet daliya, 1,2 slice of apple. what else plz suggest. thank u in advance

A. weight is in normal range, Ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, custard apple will help to increase weight .
