if the weight for age is in the normal range child is active playful then it indicates good health
3 meals and 1-2 healthy snacks
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer but if the baby is active then it is usually not a problem and give your child well balanced nutritious food in the diet .. you can include banana avocado potato sweet potato ragi dry fruits and dairy products which will help in the growth of the child
