hi ma'am. mere breast Mai milk ki ganth ban gyi hai.warm compress use Kia thoda Kam toh hua hai but Puri trha see nhi ja rhi ..Kya krna chahie please help

Hot water bottle ka sek de din mein do teen baar. nahane k time gunguna pani daale breast pe..Dheere dheere theek ho jayega.
