Hi ma'am iam 7 month pregnant and i have white like in my right nails shown in the picture . What does it mean amd what should i do

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello this can also be due to the calcium deficiency so it would be better to have calcium rich food in your diet and since you are expecting mum at would be better to check with your doctor if any additional supplement is required to overcome the problem
