hi ma'am good morning, My baby 6 months 10 days after started the solids her poop looks like hard may I know why?

Actually a lot of parents when they start giving food to the child they don’t give sufficient amount of liquids and fibres in the diet which can often lead to hard motion so that is normal if you increase the intake of fibre fluids and water in the diet it is going to be good over the period
