hi ma'am breast Mai milk ki ganth ban gyi hai..warm water se sek bhi Kia..thoda Kam toh hua but Puri trh see thik nhi ho rhi..please help kre

A. keep continue warm compression.. Do hot fomentation or keep warm wet napkin on your breast for 10 -15 minutes and do circular breast massage, than after try to manually express your milk.
