A. To help the child gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, sweet potato, pumpkin, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, fish, avocado, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice water and 500-600 ml milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
