hi.. m having 1 month baby and still I have no milk supply. m alredy taken all medication?. is there any solution

Author of questionMom of a 2 yr 11 m old girl2 years agoA. actually sir I pumped my milk by machine.. but in 20 mnts there only 10 ml milk. and my baby first 1 mnt latch very well. but after tht there is no milk soy baby cries.
