hi jasvee is 2.2 yrs she is having cold n cough since 4 days now but nose has muscus yet n little cough

A. go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination at least 4 times per day and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day and give nasal saline drops and paracetamol to the child
