Q.
hi,is it really ok to give formula milk in addition to breast milk ,in case of reduced breast milk ...I'm slightly hesitant to give formula milk thinking it's kind of artificial thing...even for complementry food I'm avoiding cerelac etc and preparing naturally from fruits and vegetables ..but to calm down her I'm in need of milk substitute....but hesitant to use formula feed ....

if your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.
You should always talk with your doctor before giving any formulas by own.
