hi, is it normal to get periods after 4 months of c sec... and breastfeeding Excusilvely???

A. Yes it is normal so no need to worry about it and keep feeding the baby well and also focus on your diet so eat a healthy nutritious diet and take good rest as well

A. Period has got no connection with exclusive breastfeeding a lot of women have this misconception periods are a basically natural process of your body it will start when it has to start doesn’t matter what kind of delivery you had or exclusively breastfeeding or bottle feeding the child so it’s normal
