Q.

Hi Is it advisable to use flouride free toothpaste for one year old? If yes, wouldn't it harm the baby if they swallow?

A. Hello dear parent! Below 2 years of age it is not recommended to use toothpaste for babies. If you are still concerned better consult your child’s doctor for further advice. You can use either fluoridated toothpaste or otherwise depending on your area’s water. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your child. Good luck and take care.
