ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, formula milk contains sugar, so it can increase your babys weight. However, it is not the most healthy way to increase weight. For healthy weight gain and growth, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
