U have 1 month before your delivery so till then have a healthy and nutritious diet
Increase protein intake by adding dals, steamed sprouts, paneer, oats, dry fruits , egg white in the diet
Have fresh fruits and vegetables in daily diet
Have 2-3 litre of water per day

Be physically active as much as possible. If you’re still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
