Hi im currently 15 weeks pregnant and during the night times since 2 days im experiencing sharp pain near the belly button . It comes and goes.

It’s a really early pregnancy check with your gynaecologist though some women can experience pain in their pregnancy through and through or on and off but if it is such a sharp pain it could be associated with the food of the sleeping posture but check with your doctor if it is happening constantly
