Q.
Hi, im almost 7 months postpartum and baby is on combination feed. My weight was 69kg post the delivery and as of today it is 75, i gained a lot of weight even after breast feeding, did my tests to check the thyroid level and vitamins deficiency but the reports are absolutely normal, can you please let me know what could be the reason for this weight gain?

Ashwini sMom of 2 children1 month agoA. To loose weight use less oily and dairy products .. consume green vegetables . consume non veg but don't use faty mutton or chicken.. drink water added with ajwain.

I also face the similar problem, I am not sure if this helps to reduce the weight but it’s maintaining my weight for now while breastfeeding. Check your plate and try to have balanced diet which includes more veggies and protein and small amount of rice. For example rice, spinach and sautéed vegetables and chicken gravy with breast pieces or try having soups in the evening. Mostly my cravings hit in the evening and I munch on something which increases the calorie intake

Actually when you are pregnant you eat a lot and then you feed your child you actually eat more than what you were eating previously and you don’t eat mindfully you just eat so that’s the problem and it’s not with you it’s with maximum women who gain more weight after delivery so you should Actually eat mindfully take a diet from a nutrition from a nutrition so eat healthy and
