hi, im 22 weeks pregnant and feeling kicks from last week. i dont know how to count kicks. please guide.

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. hi mom u should perceive at least 8 to 10 fetal movements in a day or u can count in a hour after meal.. in one hour u should have 3 to 4 movement

I also don’t know how to count it but the point over here is that I would like to tell you if you are feeling it is very very important because you know that the baby is doing absolutely fine so nothing to be worried about in that case because I also cannot help you with the fact that how do you need to calculate it well actually nobody can tell you that
