Hi Ian mother of 4.3 old boy ,iam stomach pain and back pain in periods every month and iam using meftal p every month atleast 4 tablets ,I consult so many doctors all are suggesting only tablets during pain,this month I didnot get period but stomachpain and back pain ,iam using using this medicine from last 10 years ,it cause s any side effect pls suggest me

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. As the number of tablets is less it’s okay. You can try using hormonal treatments for 3-6 months and see if it reduces the pain . Otherwise it’s okay . You can try to reduce the medications intake

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi please avoid using such tablets frequently instead of it ,from my personal experience ,I would suggest to choose Homeopathic medicines for this. mam , along with that ,I would suggest to take Healthy and nutritious diet. keep your self well hydrated.
