hi, iam mom of 4months baby girl ihave suffering from body pains like back pain shoulder pains legs and hand pains why please answer me

A. you should take a proper diet for yourself take proper iron supplements and calcium supplements for now you can take tablet flexon for body pain and consult your doctor was for a proper examination
