A. Dear ma'am, even if over the counter medicines are safe to take and some are compatible with breastfeeding still without consulting your physician it is not advisable to take any medications by yourself for your own health. You can apply wet cloth on your forehead and try to get some good sleep. Where there is heat there will be inflammation and pain. To reduce the heat, you are applying the wet cloth. However if you are not used to doing this kind of remedies then you can avoid but it is harmless.

A. it is not recommended to take any medicine without consulting doctor as you are breastfeeding mother it can dilute in your breast milk so have a word with your doctor he will guide you better for headache you can have hot tea it will give you some relief

A. Hello and good afternoon usually headache medicines are not allowed during pregnancy as well as lactating phase it is better to consult a gynecologist before consuming any medicines it will affect the child their directly
