Q.
hi,iam 18 week pregnant, i couldn't eat anything well, and suffering from gas. nausea is still persists during night time, sometimes heavy vomiting occurs. belly is not so visible and iam worrying on these.

please don't get panic about this matter
please take easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
please take proper rest
if necessary please consult with your gynecologist about this matter
