Q.
hi i was bending and suddenly had a sneeze coz of which my neck n back muscles got sprained I think..i can't move my right side of neck n back...any quick remedy please

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic trejooatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline gargles .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. You can just apply some spray move or something currently that is going to help apart from that I would suggest you to get a check with an orthopaedic or a Doctor Who specialises in this area they will be able to help you properly on that
