Hi! I want to understand how weeks, months are divided during pregnancy. The basic idea is 3 trimesters with 3 months in each trimester but how many weeks in each month? Like week 30 belongs to which month?

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
