A. need to do x ray to it.. and Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your dentist, , for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

You need to consult a paediatric dentist they will check it and they will tell you accordingly what is the situation of what is needed to be done because without proper and personal assessment it would be very difficult to guide you with anything so do consult a paediatric dentist onceWrite Your Answer Here
