hi....i stopped breastfeeding for past two days n not planning to continue....my breasts became tender....i m going out of station tomorrow....how to deal with this pain

A. hi mam ,to get relief in this , it is important to dry up the breastmilk. so ,you can place cabbage leaves on your breasts which help you to dry it up. mam, take warm water bath or do warm compress on breasts can also help in this. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your self well hydrated.
