Q.

Hi I still didn't get my period after delivery may I know the reason is there anything to worry about? pls suggest tips to get period

A. You can wait even Upto one year for the periods to come spontaneously and no home remedies can restart them. After an year you can consult your gynecologist for hormonal treatments.

A. Hi doctor, my was used to sleep peacefully for straight 6-8 hours from 1.75 months till around 3.75 months. thenafter she started getting up in the night after every 2 hours , sometimes within 1 hour. please let me know what could be the reason. is she feeling hungry?? does the breast milk is not sufficient for her?? what should I do for her to sleep peacefully

A. Its Absolutely normal you do not have to worry about this because a lot of women can skip their periods for six months to 1 year after their delivery and that is considered completely normal so you do not have to do anything to get your periods will come any time your blood is ready to menstruate
