Mom whenever you introduce a food to the baby initially it should be just a few tsp and as the baby accepts it you may gradually increase their quantity. As per the baby hunger and also as each individual has their own capacity to eat so as much the baby is comfortable to eat without been forced
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, for 7 months old baby, you should give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, khichadi, vegetable dal rice.
Seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Milk products like curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Continue to breastfeed.
