Hi, i need aome tips to stop breastfeeding during night.

A. hi okay .. mam ,first I advise to give heavy food items at night time meal, for example sheera , rab etc it will help to decrease night time waking frequency. or give cup of warm milk before sleep time. Whenever your child wake up at mid night , try to give water instead of breastfeeding. Take help from your partner or family member to put your child for sleep back by gently patting or rubbing his back.
