hi I'm starting formula milk to my baby as she is 1 year old ,my Dr told me give her few months until I start with cow milk ,so how much should I start with and can I add jaggery to it

A. Hello mom Initially you can start giving plain cows milk give around 30 ML and then go to 60 ML and then gradually you can increase and then if required little bit of jaggery powder can be added to it
