Q.

hi ..I m mother of 8 month old baby...my delivery is normal..but I have still a little pain in my vaginal stitches...what to do for that....and my flow of breast milk is too low...plz ans.

A. Hello mom Still you are having any sort of been near your stitches. In such case you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining you. And you should read more dairy products in your regular diet plan and try to take at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day it will help in increasing breast milk
